A personal firewall around every workplace.
Every person gets their own secure workplace: their work apps, their AI chat bots and their files, all behind a wall that only they can get through. Inside, everything follows your rules. Outside, the internet works the way it always has.

Work apps
AI
Everything they need for work, in one place that's theirs.
Each person's workplace holds whatever you put in it. From inside, it's all one click away. From anywhere else, your side of it simply isn't there.
Their work apps
Your applications open inside the workplace, and only there. From another browser or another device they don't answer at all.
Their AI chat bots
BoonWorx Chat on the models you choose, plus the AI websites you approve. Their chat memory follows them from one device to the next.
Their files
Files from protected apps land in an encrypted vault, not the Downloads folder. Uploads follow the same rules.
Pretty much anything
Internal web apps, cloud services, AI websites, programs on the computer. Add one in the console and it appears in the right people's workplaces.
The open internet, as usual.
Not there.
A wall for each person, not one for the whole building.
Old firewalls guard a network. People work everywhere now, so BoonWorx draws the wall around each person's workplace and goes where they go.
- 1
Every device gets its own key
A person joins from an invite, and their device makes a key that never leaves it. Lose the laptop, revoke it in one click, and it stops at the next request.
- 2
Every request shows that key
Your apps sit behind the BoonWorx gate. It checks the person, the device and your rules every time. No key, no app.
- 3
Data stays in its lane
Label each app public, internal, confidential or restricted, then say which AI may see which label. Copy and paste, uploads and downloads all follow the label.
- 4
Every decision is written down
Who, which app or model, when, and which rule decided. Conversations are only recorded if you switch that on, and people are told when you do.
One console for every wall.
People, devices, apps, AI, data rules and the audit, in one place with its own sign-in. Write a rule once and every workplace follows it.
One console
People and devices, apps and connectors, AI, data and sites, access rules and the audit. Roles for admins, auditors and members.
Your directory sign-in
People sign in with Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace or Okta. Invites and device approvals take a click.
Bring your own AI
Models on your own GPUs, or your organization's OpenAI, Anthropic or Google keys. People use them without ever seeing a key.
Internal apps join as they are
A small connector inside your network puts your internal web apps behind the wall. Nothing to rewrite.
Updates itself
Signed updates come from your own gate and install when the person closes the app. Automatic, notify only, or off.
Run it yourself, or let us
On your own server or an N-Store appliance, or hosted by us. Logs keep only the facts by default, with schools' privacy rules in mind.
Laptops, desktops and Chromebooks.
On Windows, Mac and Linux, BoonWorx is an app. On Chromebooks, it's a managed Chrome extension you push from Google Admin, and the devices enrol themselves.
βWhy is my computer slow?β
BoonWorx Chat checks the device's own numbers and your network monitoring before it answers. So the answer is βyour Wi-Fi signal is weak in this roomβ, not a generic checklist. It never reads files or pages to do it.
β What BoonWorx stops
- Your apps being reached from any device or browser that isn't an enrolled workplace.
- Company data being pasted, uploaded or dragged into an AI your rules don't allow.
- AI use nobody can see: every request has a person, a device and a model.
- A lost or revoked device carrying on working.
π What it doesn't pretend to do
BoonWorx isn't a virtual desktop, a firewall for the whole computer, or copy protection. Everything outside the workplace stays the open internet. And no software can stop someone photographing a screen. We'd rather tell you that up front.
BoonWorx is in early access.
We're opening it to a small number of organizations first. Tell us about yours, and we'll show you around and set up a workplace for your team.
